TEW is proud to represent and advise media clients on a diverse array of legal issues, including defamation, privacy, access to public records and public meetings, copyright, and other similar issues.  In the Internet Age, these issues are increasingly complex and require the expertise of experienced attorneys with an extensive background in communication and media law.

TEW is fortunate to have two attorneys with media law experience.  In addition to his experience, John Williams has also served as chair of the Media Law Committee of the Nashville Bar Association and is currently serving as chair of the Communication Law Section of the Tennessee Bar Association.
