Dispute Resolution Alternative Dispute Resolution Three of the firm's attorneys, Ben Cantrell, John Williams, and Todd Panther are certified as General Civil Mediators under Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31. They serve as mediators in all types of civil disputes. Ben Cantrell also serves as an arbitrator in civil disputes.
Bankruptcy The firm represents creditors and debtors in bankruptcy cases and related matters and assists businesses and individuals with reorganization, liquidation, and other similar needs.
